Do you want to improve your mental well-being? Do you want to know how to live better? How to manage negative thoughts about you(r body)? How to feel confident in the way that you choose to dress? And just feel better in your own skin?

Girl we do too!

Did you know poor body image increases the risk of depression and anxiety? And that people with depression may suffer from body image issues just as much as people with a negative body image may suffer from depression? But which problem came about first?

What a terrible question to think about. We do not want either of these problems, do we?

Unfortunately, curing depression goes beyond the scope of this blog, however, we hope that by guiding you to get a more positive body image we will target the body image issues and prevent huge issues such as anxiety, guilt, and, ultimately, depression to a great extent.

Who doesn’t want to feel more confident in their own skin?

We hope that EveryBODY’s Unique can help show women that there is no such thing as a ‘perfect’ body. We aim to change the way bodies are perceived.

And why are women’s bodies valued more than women themselves, to begin with? You are so much more than a body to be looked at!
